Below is a list of answers to most questions. If your question is not in this list send us a message using our contact page!

1. How can I send a message to a owner?

There are two easy ways:

  1. Scan the QR code with a QR scanner app on your smartphone.
  2. Go to www.contactowner.net and enter the the 8 digit code.

Both options will show you a page on which you can enter your message for the owner. We will send your message to the owner!

2. Is my personal information visible to the sender of a message?

No, this person can't see any of your information. Your privacy is guaranteed!

3. Do I get a reward?

This depends on the owner. If you provide your contact information the owner might decide to give you a reward!

4. Can I receive messages via SMS?

Yes, you can enable this feature in you account settings. You also need enough credits, which can be upgraded when you need to.

5. What are the costs of a SMS message?

A single SMS message allways costs one credit, the length of the SMS message does not matter. See question 6 voor more information about credits.

6. What are credits and how do I use them?

Credits are points you can buy in our webshop. You pay for SMS messages using these credits. See questions 4 and 5 for more information about SMS messages.

7. Someone says that he sent you a message, but I did not receive an email.

Emails will only be sent to you after validating your emailaddress. If your emailaddress has not been validated yet you will see a warning about this when you are logged in.

8. Can I register multiple labels in one account?

Yes, you can register a unlimited number of labels in your account.

9. Can I give a label to someone else?

Yes. To do this you must unregister the label. We will send you an email containing a new registration code which the new owner can use to register this label in his account.

10. Can I order any other products?

Yes. We can deliver any kind of product on which we can place a QR code.
